Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commercial Counsel.

Key Responsibilities

• Negotiate customer-related agreements including SaaS agreements, NDAs, and vendor contracts
• Provide legal advice on contract terms and participate in the creation of contracting resources
• Develop relationships with business stakeholders to facilitate contract reviews and legal advice

Required Qualifications

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school and bar admission in good standing
• 4 years of relevant sales-side transactional experience, preferably in-house
• Understanding of SaaS contracting models and data privacy issues
• Proven drafting and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to a fast-paced environment
