Commercial Counsel

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commercial and Product Counsel to manage commercial contracting and provide legal support across teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Negotiate and manage inbound vendor agreements and outbound customer contracts
• Develop and maintain contracting templates, playbooks, and workflows to streamline processes
• Advise product teams on legal risks and compliance for new features and initiatives

Required Qualifications

• J.D. and active bar membership in at least one US jurisdiction
• 5-7 years of legal experience, preferably in-house at a growth-stage fintech company
• Experience in high-volume commercial contracting
• Proven ability to build contracting systems and infrastructure
• Hands-on experience with legal technology and AI tools
