Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commercial Counsel to support its procurement function.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and negotiate vendor and procurement agreements across professional services, technology transactions, and SaaS
• Advise on contracts across a range of technology environments, including cloud-based and on-prem solutions
• Manage a high volume of inbound requests and drive matters forward efficiently

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in procurement, commercial contracts, or technology transactions
• Proven ability to independently negotiate and close complex agreements
• Experience operating in fast-paced, high volume environments
• Strong judgment and ability to prioritize across competing demands
