Job Summary

To support a high-volume sales organization, the full-time Commercial Counsel will review, draft, and negotiate commercial agreements, particularly focusing on SaaS and sales-side contracting in a remote contract position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial agreements, including SaaS, licensing, and sales agreements
  • Partner with sales and business stakeholders to support revenue-generating transactions
  • Provide day-to-day legal guidance on commercial contracting matters and manage contract workflows
Required Qualifications
  • 3-7+ years of commercial contracting experience
  • Strong experience supporting SaaS or technology companies
  • Experience negotiating sales-side commercial agreements
  • Ability to operate independently with minimal oversight
  • Experience working within Salesforce or similar contract workflow systems preferred
