Job Summary
To support a hyper-scaling technology company, the full-time Commercial Counsel will manage high-volume contract negotiations and provide legal guidance to sales and go-to-market operations in a remote capacity for a 6-month contract.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and negotiate outbound sales agreements with enterprise clients
- Advise on contracts across a range of technology environments
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver practical, business-oriented legal guidance
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of B2B legal experience drafting and negotiating commercial and technology agreements
- Comfortable negotiating against large enterprise counterparties
- Experience at growth-stage or scaling technology companies, ideally supporting sales and GTM teams
- High EQ and strong communication skills in fast-moving environments
- Sound judgment with strong discretion and professionalism
