Key Responsibilities

• Review, draft, and negotiate complex commercial agreements, focusing on SaaS and data licensing
• Provide guidance on data privacy, security, and regulatory compliance related to AI-enabled products
• Enhance legal operations by improving templates, processes, and contract lifecycle management

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Active membership in at least one U.S. state bar
• 2+ years of relevant legal experience, preferably in technology or law firms
• Experience negotiating SaaS and data licensing agreements
• Familiarity with AI-related legal considerations preferred
