Commercial Counsel (Contract)

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commercial Counsel (Contract).

Key Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate agreements for hardware and infrastructure development, including sourcing and supplier agreements
• Review contracts and provide risk-based legal guidance to internal stakeholders
• Advise teams on contractual and operational legal matters and support procurement and technology projects

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• 5-8 years of experience in drafting and negotiating relevant agreements
• Experience in both top-tier law firms and in-house legal departments preferred
• Strong background in technology development transactions and supplier relationships
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional technology environment
