Job Summary
To support a high-volume sales organization, the full-time Commercial Counsel (Contract) will review, draft, and negotiate various commercial agreements, focusing on SaaS and sales-side contracting in a remote capacity for a 12-month duration.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements, including SaaS, licensing, and sales agreements
- Partner closely with sales and business stakeholders to support revenue-generating transactions
- Provide day-to-day legal guidance on commercial contracting matters
Required Qualifications
- 3-7+ years of commercial contracting experience
- Strong experience supporting SaaS or technology companies
- Experience negotiating sales-side commercial agreements
- Ability to operate independently with minimal oversight
- Experience working within Salesforce or similar contract workflow systems preferred
