Commercial Counsel - Contract

Job Summary

To support a growing legal team, the full-time Contract Commercial Counsel will manage day-to-day commercial contracting functions, negotiate various agreements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Negotiate and draft commercial agreements, including MSAs, SaaS Agreements, and NDAs
• Partner with Sales to accelerate deal velocity while managing legal and regulatory risks
• Develop and maintain contract templates and streamline contracting processes for efficiency

Required qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school with active U.S. bar membership
• 4+ years of legal experience in health tech or digital health, including law firm and in-house roles
• Significant experience with data use, privacy, and security in healthcare, including HIPAA compliance
• Expertise in state and federal laws impacting the business, such as FDA and CMS regulations
• Proactive, mission-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
