Job Summary
To support the Ads Revenue legal team, the full-time Commercial Counsel - Contract will negotiate and advise on a variety of advertising and revenue-generating agreements while working remotely for a duration of 6 months.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate advertising and commercial revenue agreements
- Provide legal guidance on strategic advertising partnerships and joint business partnerships
- Manage multiple high-priority negotiations while supporting business objectives
Required Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) with active bar membership in good standing
- Approximately 4-6 years of commercial contracting experience
- Strong experience negotiating commercial and advertising agreements
- Experience in digital advertising or technology companies
- Excellent drafting and negotiation skills
