Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commercial Counsel, Contracts.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the negotiation and drafting of commercial contracts, including service and confidentiality agreements
• Create bespoke agreements for unique partnerships that require custom language
• Provide strategic legal advice on business risks to internal stakeholders and collaborate cross-functionally

Required Qualifications

• Law degree from an accredited law school and membership in a state bar in good standing
• 5+ years of legal experience, preferably in-house or in a law firm
• Proven track record of negotiating complex technology and/or healthcare sales contracts
• Exceptional ability to draft and redline complex commercial documents
• Eagerness to adapt to new areas of law and work independently in a fast-paced environment
