A company is looking for a Commercial Counsel (m/f/d).

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial and technology agreements
• Collaborate with Sales and Deal Desk to facilitate efficient deal execution
• Provide legal guidance on product compliance and ensure adherence to relevant regulations

Required Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor in England and Wales or equivalent legal qualification
• 5+ years post-qualification experience, preferably in-house at a law firm or technology company
• Strong background in commercial contract drafting and negotiation, particularly in SaaS and technology agreements
• Knowledge of EU and UK regulatory frameworks related to technology and data
• Experience with intellectual property and technology-related legal issues
