Job Summary

Seeking a full-time remote Commercial Counsel - JD Required, the candidate will draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements while supporting sales, procurement, and operations teams, and improving contract lifecycle management processes.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, including NDAs, SaaS agreements, and construction-related contracts
• Project manage contracts to closure by coordinating approvals and tracking open issues
• Administer and improve contracting workflows and processes within the legal operations framework

Required qualifications

• JD and active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction
• 4-6+ years of commercial contracting experience, preferably in-house
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills across various commercial contracts
• Experience with technology, construction, and procurement agreements
• Ability to manage multiple contracts and stakeholders simultaneously
