Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate General Counsel - Commercial.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of commercial attorneys and paralegals for global contracting
• Advise leadership on commercial legal matters, including technology agreements and procurement contracts
• Oversee the development of legal templates, processes, and risk management practices

Required Qualifications

• J.D. or equivalent legal degree with an active license to practice law
• 10+ years of commercial legal experience, preferably in both law firm and in-house settings
• Strong experience in leading complex commercial transactions globally
• Demonstrated leadership and team management experience
• Exceptional contract drafting and negotiation skills
