Commercial Counsel - Licensed Attorney

Job Summary

Experienced commercial attorneys will find a remote, full-time opportunity as a Commercial Counsel - Licensed Attorney, responsible for leading the review and negotiation of staffing agreements, managing complex commercial contracts, and providing legal counsel on employment law matters.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the review, negotiation, and management of staffing and contingent workforce agreements
• Manage complex commercial agreements with clients, vendors, and partners, including MSAs and NDAs
• Provide legal counsel on employment law issues related to commercial contracting and drive operational improvements

Required qualifications:

• JD from an accredited U.S. law school and active license to practice in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
• 3+ years of experience at an AmLaw 100 firm and 2+ years of in-house experience at a high-growth startup or public tech company
• Experience advising on staffing models and contingent workforce arrangements
• Demonstrated ability to draft and negotiate a high volume of customer and vendor agreements
• Comfort using AI tools to draft and review legal communications and contract materials
