Job Summary
To support a growing legal team, the full-time Commercial Counsel (Licensed Attorney) will draft and negotiate complex SaaS sales agreements, provide legal counsel on contract matters, and collaborate with various departments in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Draft and negotiate complex SaaS sales agreements with large customers and prospects
- Provide legal counsel on deal structure, contract drafting, negotiation, and risk management
- Collaborate with teams to improve contract management processes and best practices
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of relevant experience as a practicing attorney
- Corporate or commercial practice experience at a top-tier law firm required
- In-house commercial counsel experience preferred
- Juris Doctorate (J.D.) and current member in good standing of at least one U.S. state bar
- General working knowledge of privacy laws and information security requirements
