Commercial Counsel - NY Licensed

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commercial Counsel to provide guidance on commercial contract negotiations.

Key Responsibilities

• Negotiate, draft, and review a variety of agreements including master services and licensing agreements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support revenue goals and vendor engagements
• Manage risk and ensure compliance requirements are reflected in agreements

Required Qualifications

• NY State Bar Membership or equivalent
• At least four years of in-house legal experience, preferably with complex SaaS agreements
• Experience in scaling legal commercial processes and policies
• Knowledge of worldwide data privacy laws and practices in the SaaS industry
• Ability to work independently while collaborating in an evolving environment
