Commercial Counsel (State Licensed)

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commercial Counsel.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate a variety of agreements including master services and vendor contracts
• Maintain knowledge of applicable laws and develop contract templates to enhance efficiency
• Identify legal risks in contracts and support the company's privacy program

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) and active membership in at least one U.S. state bar
• Minimum of 5 years of experience, including in-house experience
• Experience in drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements
• Exceptional business judgment and ability to provide strategic advice
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
