Job Summary

A company is looking for a Counsel, Commercial (Vendor Management).

Key Responsibilities

Support negotiation of vendor agreements and collaborate with cross-functional teams on customer and partnership agreements
Partner with various teams to facilitate the sale of products and services while ensuring compliance with legal standards
Develop agreement templates and provide practical legal advice to enhance operational efficiency

Required Qualifications

3-6 years of experience in commercial contracts, ideally with both law firm and in-house experience
Industry experience in FinTech, payments, financial services, or software technology
Working knowledge of the regulatory landscape in the US payments and issuing space
JD degree and a member in good standing of a State Bar
Experience using AI tools to enhance work efficiency
