Key Responsibilities

• Serve as commercial counsel for various contracts, including professional services and software agreements

Required Qualifications

• J.D. degree with active state bar membership
• 3 to 5 years of experience in transactional practice, preferably in marketing or technology sectors
• Experience with contract lifecycle management platforms like Ironclad
• Comfort with privacy, security, and data use terms
• Desire to learn about new products and evolving areas of law
