Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commercial Counsel to support its legal team and drive revenue through effective contract management.

Key Responsibilities

• Review, draft, and negotiate customer NDAs, MSAs, Order Forms, and DPAs
• Partner with sales and internal stakeholders to enhance scalability of commercial contracting
• Manage vendor agreements and contribute to broader legal operations and strategic initiatives

Required Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school and active license to practice law in the US
• 4-6 years of legal experience, ideally with in-house and law firm background
• Strong experience in commercial contract negotiation contributing to revenue growth
• Proven ability to build internal relationships and balance legal risk with business goals
• Experience with legal technology and improving legal operations
