Commercial Credit Underwriter
Job Summary
Conducting comprehensive financial analyses, the full-time salaried Commercial Credit Underwriter will evaluate loan packages, assess creditworthiness, and prepare detailed credit memorandums in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct financial and credit analyses to ensure compliance with internal regulations
- Review loan packages for creditworthiness and completeness, including financial statements and tax returns
- Prepare detailed credit memorandums for presentation to the Credit Committee
Required qualifications
- Minimum of seven years of experience with underwriting ABL/Factoring transactions
- Completion of a formal bank Credit Training Program or RMA Credit Courses
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, particularly Word and Excel
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills
- Ability to establish and maintain effective work relationships internally and externally
