Job Summary

Empowering customers and collaborating with internal teams, the full-time remote Commercial Customer Specialist will manage inquiries and order processes while ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction in a fast-paced call center environment.

Key responsibilities

• Take ownership of customer inquiries and provide comprehensive solutions to exceed expectations
• Manage order entry, maintenance, and inquiries for Shaw Contract and Patcraft Commercial groups
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless management of customer needs and adherence to schedules

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required; Associate degree or higher preferred
• Experience in a call center or remote work environment is preferred
• Ability to troubleshoot technology in a remote setting
• Exhibit a high level of patience and service commitment
• Maintain a reliable high-speed wired internet connection and a professional workspace
