Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commercial Customer Success Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for commercial customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own a portfolio of commercial accounts across the full customer lifecycle: onboarding, adoption, renewal, and expansion
  • Drive fast time-to-value by guiding customers through integration setup and key use case activation
  • Monitor account health and engagement metrics to identify risks and growth opportunities
Required Qualifications
  • 2-4 years in a customer-facing role such as Customer Success Manager or Account Manager, preferably in B2B SaaS
  • Experience managing a high-volume book of business with strong retention and expansion results
  • Comfort navigating technical conversations with both developer users and business stakeholders
  • Familiarity with CRM and CS tooling (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Gainsight) for customer tracking
  • Self-starter mentality with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-moving environment
