Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commercial Customer Success Manager to ensure customer success and adoption of their platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strategic business relationships with customers to drive adoption and retention
  • Provide technical product expertise and educate various teams on the business value of automation
  • Serve as the primary point of escalation for customer issues and provide analysis to inform decision-making
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • BS or equivalent education
  • 3+ years of experience in consulting, customer success management, or technical account management
  • Experience in integration and/or business automation
  • Understanding of large, complex businesses and their day-to-day processes
  • Impressive track record of high customer retention and growth
