Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commercial Customer Success Manager to drive strategic renewals and ensure ongoing adoption and success for their customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own a book of commercial customers and drive renewals and retention for these accounts
  • Work with SMB and midmarket customers to leverage AI in their specific industry and business
  • Act as a customer advocate, building a strategy to manage customer engagement and success
Required Qualifications:
  • 2-3 years of experience as a Customer Success Manager, Account Manager, or similar role
  • Proven track record of achieving commercial targets and goals, preferably in a SaaS setting
  • Experience managing complex accounts and renewals
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a history of building strong business relationships
  • Proficient in organization, account prioritization, and time management
