Job Summary
Driving customer transactions from commercial alignment to signed contracts, the full-time salaried Commercial Deal Desk Manager will own the contracting flow, ensuring deals progress smoothly while coordinating with Sales, Legal, and Operations in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Own deals from contracting request through execution, proactively managing stakeholder alignment and addressing blockers
- Prepare and tailor contracts using approved templates, assembling full contract packages and reviewing redlines
- Partner closely with Sales to ensure efficient deal progression and translate commercial intent into workable contract structures
Required qualifications
- Experience in sell-side B2B contracting, preferably in SaaS, tech, or professional services
- Strong experience working with Legal or within a contracts function
- End-to-end ownership of commercial deals through to signature
- Experience reviewing and negotiating contract redlines
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
