Job Summary

To support a dynamic Commercial Team, the full-time remote Commercial Development Associate will drive business development pipelines, manage investor relationships, and ensure effective communication across partnerships in the biotech and pharma sectors.

Key responsibilities
  • Own follow-through on business development pipeline, tracking active deal workstreams and surfacing opportunities to leadership
  • Manage and build investor relations, maintaining communication with 70+ existing investors and facilitating new relationships
  • Coordinate high-stakes calls and meetings, ensuring the team is fully briefed and prepared for discussions
Required qualifications
  • Experience in business development, sales, or a related commercial role within biotech or health-tech
  • Strong organizational skills with a relentless focus on follow-through and relationship management
  • Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including drafting investor communications and partnership proposals
  • Global flexibility, with a willingness to spend initial months in Berlin for onboarding
  • Scientific background, ideally a Master's or PhD in life sciences, biotech, chemistry, or a related field
