Commercial Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commercial Director to oversee commercial strategy and contract administration for large transportation infrastructure programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Set and lead the overall commercial strategy for large alternative delivery programs
• Direct and oversee validation of cost proposals, ensuring alignment with program objectives
• Provide senior level assurance that submissions meet contractual requirements and transparency expectations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Ten years of commercial management experience in construction management and contract administration
• Knowledge of commercial and contractual processes in large-scale infrastructure projects
• Experience in managing complex contracts and resolving disputes effectively
• Demonstrated experience with CMAR, GMP development, and contractor negotiations preferred
