Commercial Director - Aerospace

Job Summary

Seeking a bold and hands-on Commercial Director - Aerospace, the full-time remote position will manage key OEM relationships for metallic hot forming, fabrication, and airframe products, driving revenue growth and margin performance while developing strategic account plans.

Key responsibilities

• Own key OEM accounts and develop integrated commercial and military account strategies
• Partner with operations to achieve profitability and lead post-award commercial management
• Drive organic growth through new business acquisition and maintain strong customer relationships

Required qualifications

• Extensive experience selling to large aerospace OEMs
• Proven ownership of complex OEM accounts with a record of profitable growth
• Executive-level credibility with customers and internal stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree required; technical background preferred
• Experience in multi-site, international operations
