Job Summary
To drive revenue growth in the local market, the full-time Commercial Director (Indonesia) will develop and execute strategic business plans, manage relationships with Introducing Brokers, and implement effective client acquisition and retention strategies in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop business opportunities to drive growth and market penetration
- Leverage an extensive network to acquire and manage relationships with Introducing Brokers (IBs) for client acquisition
- Develop and implement effective Go-to-market and Business Development strategies tailored to achieve company objectives
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the financial services industry, focusing on cryptocurrency and CFDs
- Proven track record in acquiring and managing relationships with Introducing Brokers (IBs)
- In-depth understanding of the Indonesian financial markets and regulatory environment
- Strong understanding of omnichannel marketing
- Experience with budgeting, budget controls, unit economics, and P&L management
