Job Summary

To drive revenue growth in Nigeria, the full-time Commercial Director (Nigeria) will develop and execute strategic business plans, identify market opportunities, and manage relationships with Introducing Brokers while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Identify and develop business opportunities within the Nigeria region to drive growth and market penetration
  • Leverage an extensive network to acquire and manage relationships with Introducing Brokers (IBs) to increase client acquisition
  • Develop and implement effective Go-to-market and Business Development strategies tailored to the Nigeria market
Required qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the financial services industry, focusing on cryptocurrency and CFDs
  • Proven track record in acquiring and managing relationships with Introducing Brokers (IBs)
  • In-depth understanding of the Nigerian financial markets and regulatory environment
  • Strong understanding of omnichannel marketing
  • Experience in budgeting, budget controls, unit economics, and P&L management
