Job Summary
To drive innovation in commercial workflows, the full-time remote Commercial Enablement Innovation Lead will rebuild and manage an AI-native Business Case, partner with cross-functional teams, and spearhead AI-driven enablement initiatives to enhance commercial productivity.
Key responsibilities
- Rebuild and maintain the Business Case as a flexible, AI-native solution, ensuring accuracy and field readiness
- Lead AI Enablement initiatives, identifying and scaling AI-enabled workflows to improve productivity
- Collaborate with Finance, RevOps, PMM, and Sales to align inputs, pricing logic, and ROI methodology
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, commercial operations, or revenue operations in a B2B environment
- Advanced data and modeling skills, with proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets and experience with Salesforce
- Hands-on experience with AI and prompt engineering, including building workflows and AI-native solutions
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and communicate effectively with both technical and executive audiences
- Deep understanding of commercial team operations and factors influencing tool adoption and revenue outcomes
