Job Summary
To drive innovation within commercial workflows, the full-time remote Commercial Enablement Innovation Lead will rebuild and own the Business Case as an AI-native solution while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance commercial productivity through AI-driven tools and methodologies.
Key responsibilities
- Rebuild and maintain Omada's Business Case as a flexible, AI-native solution, ensuring accuracy and readiness for the field
- Lead AI Enablement initiatives to improve commercial productivity by identifying and scaling AI-enabled workflows
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and operationalize capabilities to enhance seller effectiveness across the organization
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, commercial operations, or related GTM functions with a proven track record in B2B environments
- Advanced data and modeling skills, including proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets, and experience with Salesforce
- Hands-on experience in AI and prompt engineering, demonstrating the ability to create repeatable AI-native solutions
- Proven cross-functional project leadership skills, capable of driving complex initiatives without formal authority
- Deep understanding of commercial operations and the factors influencing tool adoption and revenue outcomes
