Job Summary
A company is looking for a Commercial Enablement Manager II.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish collaborative relationships with the Off-Platform sales team and maintain ongoing discovery with leadership and contributors
- Design and execute comprehensive product enablement frameworks, including training for large groups and creating dynamic content resources
- Leverage data-driven insights to assess enablement program performance and refine processes for greater organizational impact
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in fast-paced sales or account management teams within an advertising platform or agency
- 4+ years of experience in Enablement, L&D, PMM, Ad Sales, Account Management, Strategy, or operations roles
- Thorough understanding of buying/selling digital advertising as part of a retail media network
- Some technical knowledge of programmatic advertising, including DSPs, SSPs, DMPs, and ad exchanges
- Strong project and program management skills
