Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commercial Energy Attorney.

Key Responsibilities

• Support a variety of renewable energy transactions, including EPC contracts and Power Purchase Agreements
• Assist with M&A deals and tax credit structures such as ITC and PTC
• Collaborate with senior leadership and take ownership of projects in a fast-paced environment

Required Qualifications

• 4 to 8 years of legal experience, preferably in a law firm environment
• Experience with renewable energy transactions and contracts
• Ability to work in a remote setting, with preference for candidates in ET and CT time zones
• Proactive and commercially minded approach to legal practice
• Willingness to engage in a high-impact, business-facing role
