Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commercial Escrow Officer.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate commercial real estate closings on single and multiple property deals
• Review and evaluate commercial title search documentation, resolving title issues as needed
• Prepare and review closing documents to ensure all transaction requirements are met

Required Qualifications and Education

• High school diploma or GED required; Baccalaureate degree preferred
• 3+ years' experience in commercial title and closing
• Ability to work under general supervision
• National purchase and refinance experience preferred
• Experience utilizing ResWare or similar software preferred
