Commercial Escrow Officer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commercial Escrow Officer responsible for closing commercial transactions and managing escrow functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Close commercial transactions, including preparing settlement statements and managing escrow instructions
• Oversee escrow assistants and support the Title and Escrow Administrator as needed
• Coordinate local and national recordings and manage post-closing escrows

Required Qualifications

• 5-7 years of proven commercial escrow closing experience
• Ability to supervise assistants and support staff as necessary
• Ability to prioritize, organize, and handle multiple site projects and portfolios
• Ability to work from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday
• Must be personable and maintain professional relationships with peers and customers
