Commercial Escrow Officer

Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time Commercial Escrow Officer will establish new commercial escrow accounts, process escrow documents, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements while working remotely across the USA.

Key responsibilities

• Complete simple and complex commercial real estate escrow transactions, acting as a neutral liaison between buyer, seller, and lender
• Ensure proper accounting and disbursement of all funds in accordance with contract terms
• Prepare legal documents for closing and provide regular status reports on escrow accounts to involved parties

Required qualifications

• 2-4 years of escrow-related experience as an Escrow Officer, preferably in Commercial
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Escrow officer certification may be required depending on the state
• Comfortable working with technology and adapting to new software applications
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
