Key Responsibilities

• Manages escrow operational team(s) and oversees processes related to the initiation or closing of commercial escrows
• Acts as a liaison between groups to ensure compliance, policy adherence, production goals, and timelines are met
• Identifies and solves technical and operational problems while assessing departmental priorities to address resource challenges

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred
• Typically requires 8+ years of related work experience
• Experience managing individual contributors and/or supervisors
• Understanding of business integration and departmental objectives
• Ability to adapt department plans and priorities to meet operational objectives
