Commercial Escrow Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting a high-volume commercial operation, the full-time Commercial Escrow Disbursement Specialist will review and prepare closing files for disbursement, confirm file balances, and execute wires and checks while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Review, balance, and disburse escrow files, preparing and issuing wires and checks per closing instructions
• Verbally verify wire instructions and ensure compliance with operational and fraud prevention protocols
• Manage high volumes of email communication with internal teams, lenders, clients, and third parties while maintaining accuracy and responsiveness

Required qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of experience in banking, escrow, title, settlement, or real estate transactions preferred
• Working knowledge of escrow processes, settlement statements, wire processing, and basic accounting principles
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office and escrow-related systems
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify discrepancies and resolve issues efficiently
