Job Summary
Driving strategic Commercial Excellence initiatives, the full-time remote Commercial Excellence Advisor will lead the execution of go-to-market capabilities, influence cross-functional engagement, and develop transformation roadmaps to enhance organizational efficiency and effectiveness.
Key responsibilities
- Design and manage strategic planning and execution aligned to enterprise priorities, incorporating best practices and innovative approaches
- Review and coordinate complex corporate and GTM strategic initiatives, prioritizing and governing transformation efforts across the organization
- Develop and maintain execution roadmaps and dashboards to track initiative progress and business impact, ensuring consistent strategy execution
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 6 years of relevant work experience in strategy and commercial roles, typically with 10 years or more
- At least 3 years of leadership experience managing cross-functional initiatives and stakeholder alignment
- Demonstrated ability to solve complex business problems and effectively engage with senior leaders and customers
- Experience in advancing commercial excellence capabilities and strategy execution with measurable results
- Master's degree in Business Administration is preferred
