Commercial Excellence Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Commercial Excellence Analyst will be responsible for sales force effectiveness metrics, development of automation tools for KPIs, and generating insights from commercial performance data.

Key responsibilities

• Manage sales force and sales back office effectiveness metrics, including productivity and pipeline analysis
• Develop tools and processes to automate and deploy sales effectiveness KPIs across regions and solution groups
• Provide support to regions and solution groups in understanding and applying commercial excellence KPIs and metrics

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, or related fields
• Prior experience in Commercial Excellence roles
• Experience in B2B commercial processes
• Deep knowledge of SalesForce
• Proven knowledge of data analytics tools, such as Tableau and Python
