Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commercial Executive to act as a trusted advisor for commercial licensing and contracting to meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and evaluate business opportunities to maximize pipeline conversion and revenue growth
  • Engage with various stakeholders to drive strategic sales execution and ensure alignment on customer priorities
  • Lead negotiations and develop customer-centric offers while ensuring compliance with commercial solutions policies


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Information Technology, Law, Marketing, Finance, Communication, Education, or related field AND 8+ years of sales and negotiation experience
  • 12+ years of sales and negotiation experience or equivalent experience may be considered
  • Authorization to work in the United States without requiring employer sponsorship
  • Master's Degree in a relevant field and 10+ years of sales and negotiation experience is preferred
  • 15+ years of sales and negotiation experience may also be considered as equivalent experience
