Job Summary

Leading cross-functional processes, the full-time remote Commercial Finance Analyst will ensure accurate completion of clinical trial contract proposals and budget modifications while managing tight deadlines and collaborating with international teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Reviews customer information for budget preparation and ensures completeness for proposals
• Leads discussions with cross-functional teams to strategize on proposals and contract modifications
• Manages the proposal bid and budget negotiation process, ensuring timely delivery and compliance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field required
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for data analysis and presentation
• Effective time management skills to handle multiple tasks and deliver high-quality results
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with a solid understanding of financial budgeting principles
• Self-starter with excellent organizational skills and the ability to work independently
