Commercial Finance Lead

Job Summary

To support the growth of the revenue organization, the full-time remote Commercial Finance Lead will provide financial insights, conduct deal reviews, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive profitable commercial strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Support the revenue team with deal reviews and governance by creating financial models and assessing proposals
• Provide financial analysis and insights to divisional and regional revenue leaders for strategic decision-making
• Collaborate with Finance, Revenue Operations, and Legal teams to ensure alignment on commercial activities and forecasting

Required qualifications

• 5-6 years of post-professional qualification experience in Commercial Finance, FP&A, or Business Analytics
• Proven ability to build complex financial models and extract insights from large datasets
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams
• Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with data tools like Snowflake, Tableau, or Power BI is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field
