Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain financial models for customer quotes and new program opportunities
• Partner with leadership to evaluate financial viability and profitability of new business opportunities
• Monitor input costs and provide insights on cost recovery strategies and pricing adjustments

Required Qualifications

• 7-12+ years of experience in finance roles within manufacturing or engineered product environments
• Strong background in manufacturing operations finance, cost accounting, or pricing analysis
• Experience building financial models related to manufacturing cost structures
• Understanding of production economics, including labor and overhead absorption
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling capabilities
