Commercial Finance Manager

Job Summary

Serving as a dedicated business partner, the full-time remote Manager, Commercial Finance will oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for the Americas region, while managing one direct report and providing strategic insights to support commercial success across Global Business Lines.

Key responsibilities

• Own financial planning and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and presenting findings to senior leaders
• Identify and quantify risks and opportunities, proactively informing leadership of financial status and deviations from the plan
• Conduct in-depth P&L analysis and variance reviews, translating complex data into actionable insights for decision-making

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or relevant certification preferred
• Proven experience in financial planning, analysis, and budgeting in a corporate environment
• Strong understanding of P&L management and financial modeling techniques
• Experience in a matrixed organization with cross-functional collaboration
• Demonstrated ability to manage and develop team members effectively
