Commercial Finance Partner - Hazardous Waste

Job Summary

Partnering across the business, the full-time remote Commercial Finance Partner - Hazardous Waste will develop pricing models, analyze customer profitability, and support new business initiatives while collaborating with Sales, Operations, and Compliance teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop pricing models and commercial recommendations based on waste profiles and vendor costs
• Analyze customer profitability and cost-to-serve to drive revenue growth and margin improvement
• Participate in customer discussions to explain pricing, disposal options, and cost drivers

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA, CMA, or CA preferred)
• 5+ years of experience in FP&A, business partnering, or corporate finance
• Direct industry experience in environmental services or hazardous waste management
• Strong financial skills in profitability analysis, pricing, and margin management
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
