Job Summary

A company is looking for an AR Commercial Follow Up Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor commercial and specialty payer accounts receivable for timely follow up and claims resolution
Submit appeals for accounts with retroactive coverage and follow up on unpaid claims
Document follow up efforts and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED
1 year of experience in patient registration, billing, or equivalent
Working knowledge of medical and insurance terms
Experience with EOBs and contractual adjustments
General computer knowledge and experience with electronic filing
